Kini Luxury: Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Kini Luxury, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking and Reservation
To book a rental car with a driver, customers must provide the required details, including the pick-up location, drop-off location, date, time, and any additional preferences. Bookings can be made via our website or by whatsapp.

Confirmation
Once the booking is received, an acknowledgment will be sent. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit, depending on the agreement.

Cancellation

• 1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% of the total rental cost.

  3. No-show or cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded.

Late Booking
For bookings made within 12 hours of the requested pick-up time, Kini Luxury reserves the right to charge an additional fee, and availability may not be guaranteed.

Rental Period and Extension
The rental period is defined as the time between the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times. If you require an extension, you must notify Kini Luxury at least 2 hours before the end of the scheduled rental period. Any unauthorized extensions may result in additional charges.

Overtime Charges
If the rental period exceeds the agreed duration, an additional charge of 10% from the price per hour will apply.

Driver and Vehicle Responsibilities
The driver will operate the vehicle in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to all local traffic laws and regulations. The driver is not authorized to engage in any unlawful activity, and any behavior deemed inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with Kini Luxury guidelines. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if passengers engage in dangerous or unlawful activities, including but not limited to smoking, drinking, or using drugs.

Driver Availability
Kini Luxury reserves the right to assign an alternative driver in the event of illness, emergency, or any other circumstance preventing the original driver from fulfilling the service.

Passenger Behavior
Customers and passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and follow all instructions provided by the driver. Any verbal abuse, physical assault, or damage to the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the service, and additional charges may apply.

Personal Belongings
Kini Luxury is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the rental period. Customers are encouraged to take care of their items.

Insurance and Liability
The vehicle comes with standard insurance coverage. However, the Customer is responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of the vehicle. The Customer may be liable for repair or replacement costs if the vehicle is damaged or involved in an accident due to their actions.

Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay the full rental amount, including any additional charges for excess time, additional services, or damages, at the time of booking or as specified by Kini Luxury.

Payment Methods
Kini Luxury accepts payment via credit or debit card, bank transfer, QRIS payments and Ali/Wechat Pay.

Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply in cases of:

• 1. Tolls, parking fees, and other incidental costs

  2. Damage to the vehicle during the rental period

  3. Special requests (e.g., child seat, extra luggage capacity, etc.)

Force Majeure

Kini Luxury will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or accidents. In such cases, Kini Luxury will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking.

Privacy and Data Protection

Kini Luxury collects personal information for the purpose of processing bookings and providing the Service. Kini Luxury will comply with applicable data protection laws and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except as required by law.

Amendments

Kini Luxury reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
