DEJOOURNEY: Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with dejoourney, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the rental agreement. Late check-out or early check-in will incur additional fees.

Rental Fees and Payment

1. Rental fees are based on the type of villa rented, rental period, and any additional services or fees.

2. Additional fees may be charged for services such as housekeeping, pool heating, or additional guests.

3. Taxes and fees may vary by location and are subject to change.

4. dejoourney accepting credit or debit card, bank transfer, QRIS payments and Ali/Wechat Pay.

5. All the payment is non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any damages or losses incurred during the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded after the rental period, provided that there are no damages or losses to the villa.

Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage to the villa that occurs during the rental period. Customers must report any damages or issues to the villa to dejoourney immediately. Customers may be liable for any fines, fees, or other penalties incurred during the rental period.

Condition of the Villa

The villa is inspected before and after each rental. Customers must inspect the villa and report any damage or issues before checking in. Customers must leave the villa in the same condition as when they received it, except for normal wear and tear.

Use of the Villa

Customers may only use the villa for personal use, not for commercial use or events. Customers may not use the villa for any illegal or prohibited activities. Customers must obey all local laws and regulations while staying in the villa.

Occupancy and Guest Policy

The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the rental agreement. Customers must provide the names of all guests staying in the villa at the time of booking. Additional fees may be charged for extra guests.

Check-In and Check-Out

Customers must check in at the designated check-in time and location. Customers must check out at the designated check-out time and location. Late check-out may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Maintenance and Repairs

Customers are responsible for maintaining the villa during the rental period, including cleaning and reporting any maintenance issues. Customers must obtain authorization from dejoourney before making any repairs or modifications to the villa. dejoourney will provide assistance for any maintenance or repairs required during the rental period.

Termination of Rental

dejoourney may terminate the rental agreement if the customer violates any of the terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through discussion.
